Instructional Television (ITV), part of the South Carolina Department of Education's Office of Technology, serves all South Carolina public schools by providing quality instructional television resources to support curriculum. ITV facilitates the selection, approval and acquisition of national programming, the development of local programming to meet state curriculum needs, and the scheduling of ITV resources.  As a result of the important partnership with SCETV, ITV programming supporting teaching and learning is produced utilizing SCETV's excellent production personnel and facilities.  Working with school library media specialists and DELC personnel, ITV provides instructional television services to teachers and students.
