Seared Souls: Voices from the Holocaust [CC] 975.5
Grades 9-12 4-15 Minutes/9 Lessons
Rights: Unlimited in perpetuity
These lessons feature interviews with South Carolinians who experienced the horrors of the Holocaust. Using firsthand ac-counts, these victims and liberators tell their stories so that viewers may better understand this tragic period in history. Illus-trations, photographs, and film footage keep their stories alive, in the hope that this type of horror can be prevented in the fu-ture. Individual lesson titles are listed for your information; however, there is only one catalog number: 1694-0000. (© 1992)
NOTE: Teachers need to preview these programs before use due to topic (lesson 18) and language (lesson 20).
