This series explores thousands of aspects of modern life that have mathematics at their core, looking literally from the depths of the oceans to the farthest spot in the universe known to scientists. These segments, each of which has a detailed mathematics lesson, were selected by teachers for their particular relevance to the high school mathematics curriculum.
